How to get here


By Airplane :


- from Orio al Serio Airport, first take the bus to Stazione Centrale (it takes about 1 hour). Take the green line of the subway (direction Abbiategrasso) for 7 stops. Get off at the Santagostino stop and take tram line number 14 (direction Lorenteggio) for 3 stops.
- from Malpensa Airport, take the train arriving at Stazione Cadorna (it takes about 45 mins), then take the green line of the subway for 2 stops (direction Abbiategrasso). Get off at the Santagostino station and take tram line number 14 (direction Lorenteggio) for 3 stops.

Taking a taxi is probably easier. However, if you are arriving at Orio al Serio or Malpensa airport, we suggest that you first take the bus / train in order to enter the metropolitan area.

By Train :


Most long-distance trains arrive at Stazione Centrale. From there, take the green line of the subway (direction Abbiategrasso) for 7 stops. Get off at the Santagostino stop and take tram line number 14 (direction Lorenteggio) for 3 stops.

Getting around Milan

Traffic in downtown Milan may be chaotic in daytime, so it might be more comfortable to visit the city by public transportation ATM Milano (2,20€ tickets give 90 minutes access to the urban network.

Parking

Free public parking lots (usually marked with white lines) can hardly be found in downtown Milano.
Parking lots marked with blue lines can be found very near to the apartment at the following conditions:
free during the night (7:00 pm - 9:00 am) and on Sundays. Be aware that on Tuesday night, no parking at all is allowed from 12AM to 6AM because of street cleaning available at a fee of 1,20€ / hour in daytime (9:00 am to 7:00 pm) in working days.
Parking tickets are available in tobacco and newspaper shops. Please always check the street signs for updated information about parking conditions.
Parking lots marked with yellow lines are residents-only and should not be occupied.
